A Baseball Aluminum Bat directly hit to his head, when he was playing International Baseball Match. Brandon Patch was the youngest player of the Baseball Team.
After the death of Brandon Patch, his parents filed a case against Louisville Slugger baseball bats company namely Hillerich & Bradsby. 
Brandon Patch’s parents accused case that Baseball Bats Company did not provide proper warning of it’s dangers of using aluminum bats.
Now, Montana jury on 4 November, 2009 awarded $850,000 USD to Brandon Patch’s parents as compensation.
